Who will I see at Vita Nova?
Your care is physician-led. Treatment plans are designed and overseen by Francisco Cardona, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician, together with our clinical team.
Do I need an evaluation before starting treatment?
Yes. Every patient starts with an evaluation so we can review your goals, medical history and, for hormone and weight-loss care, relevant lab work. It’s how we make sure a treatment is safe and right for you.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That’s what your evaluation is for. Many concerns, like texture, redness or fullness under the chin, can be treated more than one way. For skin concerns, your evaluation includes an Alma IQ skin analysis, so recommendations are based on what we can see and measure. We’ll explain the options, downtime and expected results so you can decide with confidence.
Are your treatments safe?
We use established medical devices and evidence-based protocols, and every plan is reviewed against your medical history. Like any medical treatment, each carries risks, which we discuss openly before you begin.
How long until I see results?
It depends on the treatment. Botox typically shows results within days, while laser resurfacing, hormone therapy and weight loss build over weeks to months. You’ll get a realistic timeline at your evaluation.
